What is Telerehabilitation:
Telerehabilitation is the use of communication technologies to allow you and your Physiotherapist to connect via secure video-chat to receive physiotherapy services at a distance when an in-person visit is not possible. One of our therapists is available to provide this service to you.
How does it work:
Once an appointment time has been booked, we will send you an email requesting you to create an account using a secure communication app. This can be done directly on your phone via downloading the free app or on your computer at home.
How to book an appointment:
You can book one of two ways:

Send a message through our website under the “Contact” tab, and we will contact you back
Approved coverage includes:
1) Workers Compensation Board (WCB)
Active Claims are allowed 1 treatment/week up to 4 weeks
New Claims are allowed 1 initial assessment and up to 4 treatments at a frequency of 1x/week
2) Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI)
MPI is covering only Active Claims at this time.
3) Blue Cross
As per BC usual treatment. We submit insurance portion on your behalf, and you pay the patient portion of the treatment
4) Canada Life/Great West Life
As per usual treatment. We submit insurance portion on your behalf, and you pay the patient portion of the treatment
5) Sun Life
We currently do not direct bill to Sun Life. You would have to cover the cost of the treatment and then submit the invoice provided
Invoices can be emailed to you upon receipt of payment. Patient portion of treatments will be collected via phone by credit card only, at this time.
