What is Telerehabilitation:

Telerehabilitation is the use of communication technologies to allow you and your Physiotherapist to connect via secure video-chat to receive physiotherapy services at a distance when an in-person visit is not possible. If you are unsure about physically attending our clinic due to Covid or other reasons, we can ensure we can still provide you with quality care in the comfort of your home.

How does it work:

Once an appointment time has been booked, we will send you an email with a link that will connect you to your therapist at the time of your appointment. This can be done directly on your phone via downloading the free app or on your computer at home.

How to book an appointment:

You can book one of two ways:

• Phone Physio Source at 204-255-1002 

• Send a message through our website under the “Contact” tab, and we will contact you back

Insurance coverage:

Approved coverage includes:

​

1) Workers Compensation Board (WCB)

Active Claims are allowed 1 treatment/week up to 4 weeks

New Claims are allowed 1 initial assessment and up to 4 treatments at a frequency of 1x/week         

 

2) Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI)

MPI is covering only Active Claims at this time.

 

3) Blue Cross 

As per BC usual treatment. We submit insurance portion on your behalf, and you pay the patient portion of the treatment

 

4) Canada Life/Great West Life

 As per usual treatment. We submit insurance portion on your behalf, and you pay the patient portion of the treatment

 

Invoices can be emailed to you upon receipt of payment.  Patient portion of treatments will be collected via phone by credit card only, at this time.
