THE PHYSIO SOURCE In Windsor Park, will strive for excellence in all the dimensions of clinic operations.  The delivery of our clinical services for our clients will be grounded in the best available evidence as well as an active approach and will reflect best physiotherapy practice principles at all times considering a client centered approach.  

THE PHYSIO SOURCE In Windsor Park is a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience with newer, younger business professionals. Our younger energetic partners are Shelley Umali and Mandeep Bansal.  They are physiotherapists who are committed professionals anxious to help anyone with physical impairments.  Roland Lavallee and Evelyn Lightly have business interests in two other well established physiotherapy clinics in the City of Winnipeg.  Roland Lavallee’s clinical practice takes place at Windsor Park Physiotherapy (1986) located in Southdale.  Evelyn Lightly works and manages St. Vital Physiotherapy located near Meadowood and St. Mary’s Road.  They both are instructors in the physiotherapy program at the University of Manitoba.  The cooperation and sharing between all of us will ensure that THE PHYSIO SOURCE In Windsor Park will make a positive difference for their clients.  Shelley and Mandeep are committed to “life long learning” principles so you can be certain they have up-to –date techniques and ideas to assist you with your problem.

“Wellness” is a well recognized ideal in the care of individuals “across the lifespan”.  Physiotherapy is an integral part of this model of health care since we emphasize fitness, healthy lifestyles and conservative intervention strategies for our clients.  Our education stresses a client centered approach and a “team” orientation towards health care management.  Next year the physiotherapy program in Manitoba becomes a graduate program earning the individual an entry level Masters. (5 years of study)  The vision of our new physiotherapy clinic will be to fully integrate Physiotherapy’s wide range of skills and services within a team of medical professionals.  By sharing our knowledge within a team environment and learning more what other practionners can bring to the table we will be able to serve the needs of our community.
